Scott Gardner

Scott Gardner earned a Bachelor’s Degree from New York Institute of Technology in 1990. After 15 years as a practicing designer on the east and west coast, Scott co-founded GMD Design Group in 2009. Scott has the ability to create memorable designs, while balancing against the constraints of cost and value.

From 2004-2008 Scott was the Regional Director of Design for Centex Homes Mid Atlantic and Carolinas Regions. Previously Scott was a designer for a leading residential national design firm, a sole practitioner, an In-House Designer for a small builder and a college instructor. Scott also has extensive experience with “hands-on” construction from framing to finish work.
