GMD Design Group is a full service community design firm with offices in multiple states across the country. GMD Design Group is an award-winning National Design Firm specializing in production housing for single family and multi-family builders across the country.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with the production of drawings from schematic design through construction documents
• Update marketing material
• Create 2D color renderings (3D knowledge a plus)
• Update CAD files
• Create renderings, colored elevations, or other graphic documents for presentations, meetings, or submittals.
• Create/modify construction documents

Requirements: 

• Must be proficient in Photoshop
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2010 or later
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Able to take direction and work independently
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to grow and learn in the design field
• Possess strong technical knowledge
• Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork
